We were very pleased to host one of the first local business networking events run since lockdown ...
We closely examined the rules and regulations, as there was talk that Northamptonshire may have local lockdown restrictions imposed, and as it was an Eat Out to Help Out day, we had to be sure that diners who booked with us arrived outside the 90 minutes the business networking event ran for.

We had 10 leading business people from across the area attend the 4N Milton Keynes Popup meeting, and our very own Marlin and Richard ensured our restaurant was configured for the required social distancing measures and that the attendees never got within two meters of each other.

There was a 20-minute presentation (called a 4Sight by this particular group) and each attendee got the opportunity to meet and talk with three other people to discuss business and how they could work together. We served tea and coffee and wrapped biscuits instead of their normal buffet lunch.

However, because of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, and because it was a Wednesday, a number of them stayed for lunch afterwards where the restrictions on groups of people meeting together are lifted and they could relax and enjoy our delicious menu.

Socially distant business networking is back at the Potterspury House Restaurant!
